Yoga is a special art of breathing and movement, and it requires synchronization to achieve more graceful movement, as well as endurance to stand long periods of body rest and movement. To help achieve this, a special technique is taught to yoga practitioners, and it is called Vinyasa Yoga.


Vinyasa is composed of various up and expanding movements which aim to utilize the air you inhale. The inhalation works out your torso, while the exhalation stabilizes the chi, the energy you have in your body.


The goal of Vinyasa is to cleanse your inner system, as breathing flushes out the negative energy you have in your mind, body and soul. Through consistent practice, you get to stabilize the vibrations you usually incur during exercise. Vinyasa also consumes a lot of energy, causing you to sweat during practice.


Vinyasa Yoga also helps one develop a better sense of decision making. Vinyasa requires its practitioners to spend time to cleanse their mind before following a routine, and they tend to adapt this attitude in their daily life as well.
